Who is responsible

This website is run by Javier Pérez, Inwilerriedstrasse, Zug, Switzerland. Contact: [email protected]. This policy follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR.

What I collect and why

  • When you ask to talk (/start): your store's website, its yearly revenue band, where your team loses time, and your email. I use them to prepare our call or reply to you. If you book a call, the answers go with the booking to Cal.com.
  • When you write to me (contact form): your name, email, subject and message. I use them to reply to you.
  • Where your message comes from: when you send any form, I also keep the page you sent it from, the site that brought you here and any campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), and your approximate location — country, region and city — as provided by Cloudflare from your connection. I use this to understand where interest comes from. I never store your IP address with your message.
  • When you apply for a pilot: your store's website, what you'd want the agent to do, your consent to a public case study, and your email. I use them to assess the application and reply.
  • When you subscribe (/subscribe or /start): your email. I use it to send my daily email and the monthly report. Nothing is sent until you confirm (double opt-in).
  • Analytics: privacy-friendly, cookieless page statistics (Umami, self-hosted on my own server at Hetzner, EU). No personal profile is built.
  • Server logs and security: technical data such as IP addresses are processed briefly to keep the site secure and to limit abuse (rate limiting).

Legal basis

Your consent (subscription, pilot case study), steps you ask for before a possible contract (/start, pilot), and my legitimate interest in running a secure website and in understanding where enquiries come from.

How long I keep it

  • Contact messages, answers from /start and pilot applications, and where they came from: 12 months, then deleted automatically.
  • Subscription: until you unsubscribe (one click, in every email).
  • Backups: kept for 30 days, then deleted.

Who processes it for me

  • Resend (email delivery)
  • Cal.com (call booking)
  • Cloudflare (content delivery and security)
  • Hetzner (hosting, EU)
  • Google Cloud Storage (images and media)

Some may process data outside Switzerland or the EU under appropriate safeguards. I never sell your data.

YouTube

Videos on this site load only when you press play, from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com). Once you play a video, YouTube may set cookies under its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time: email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Swiss FDPIC or your local data protection authority.
