- Is my data safe?
- The agent runs on your own server, and the AI provider is contracted in your name. Your data goes to that provider and nowhere else: no third-party app sits in the middle keeping a copy, and every cost shows up on your own bill.
- What if the AI gets something wrong?
- Before anything is built we agree what it may read, what it may write, and who confirms. It starts read-only, and anything that would change orders, prices or stock waits for a person to approve it.
- Do I need a technical team?
- No. I install it, connect it to your systems and test it before your team sees it. Keeping it running afterwards is the monthly step, and that is my job too.
- We've been burned by an agency before.
- Fixed price and written scope, so the estimation risk is mine, not yours. The assessment plan is yours to keep even if you never build with me.
- How is this different from an AI consultant with a strategy deck?
- You end up with an agent running against your systems. The only document is the assessment plan, and it exists to be built.
- We already use ChatGPT. Why isn't that enough?
- It can be connected — ChatGPT speaks the same protocol (MCP) the agent I install uses. What it doesn't do on its own is the connecting: mapping your store, warehouse and payments, deciding what it may read and write, who approves what, and keeping all of that working as your systems change. That is the work, and it runs on your own server rather than inside someone's chat account.
- Do you replace our support and marketing apps?
- No. The agent reads what you already use; your apps stay where they are.
- How much does it cost?
- The assessment is a fixed fee from $2,000 / €2,000, credited against the build if you go ahead. The build is quoted in that plan, also fixed. No hourly billing.
- My store makes less than €1M a year.
- An agent is unlikely to pay for itself yet, and I'll say so. The newsletter is the better start, and it's free. Subscribe →
